DE C.V AL QUE EN LO SUCESIVO SE DENOMINARÁ “LA EMPRESA” REPRESENTADA POR C.P MARIANA DE LA LUZ CASTILLO PEREZEN SU CARÁCTER DE GERENTE NACIONAL DE RECURSOS HUMANOS, AMBOS PLENAMENTE AUTORIZADOS PARA COMPROMETERSE EN ESTE CONVENIO, CONFORME A LAS DECLARACIONES Y CLÁUSULAS SIGUIENTES.
