ESTE ES MEMORANDO DE ENTENDIMIENTO (MOU) ENTRE IBM DE MÉXICO, S. DE R.L., EN LO SUCESIVO IBM Y EL TECNOLÓGICO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO, EN LO SUCESIVO EL TECNM, A QUIENES EN SU CONJUNTO SE LES DENOMINARÁN LAS PARTES. EL PROPÓSITO DE ESTE MOU ES CONFIRMAR LA COLABORACIÓN ENTRE EL TECNM E IBM CON RESPECTO A NUESTRA INTENCIÓN DE LLEVAR A CABO ACCIONES CONJUNTAS EN LAS ÁREAS DE DESARROLLO DE HABILIDADES, DESARROLLO CURRICULAR E INVESTIGACIÓN, SUJETO A LA NEGOCIACIÓN DE UN ACUERDO POR ESCRITO DEFINITIVO MUTUAMENTE ACEPTABLE.
